Support and bugs
Say which component you're using, which coding agent and which browser, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot or a short recording of the problem helps most. For a component that renders wrong, the component's version from list_components tells us which code you have.
Refunds
Within 14 days of buying Pro, email from the address you used at checkout and ask for a refund. You'll get all of it back, with no questions asked. The license key stops working once the refund goes through.
License keys and receipts
Your key and receipts are in the customer portal: enter your checkout email there and you'll get a one-time code. If you can't get in, email us from your checkout address and we'll help.
Everything else
Partnerships, press and anything not covered above go to the same address.
