UI Polish is polished UI for AI products: React components, complete screens and design rules that coding agents install over MCP, with every state, transition and edge case already designed. Each component has every state, transition and edge case worked out: what it does while loading, when it's disabled, how it moves, how a screen reader hears it and how it behaves under a finger instead of a mouse. The rules carry the same standard into the UI an agent writes itself: spacing, type, motion, surfaces and focus, each written as a concrete value.
The components and design rules are free under the MIT license; UI Polish Pro adds the AI components and whole product screens. It's made by Joseph Cortez, who uses it in everything he builds, including Typesheet.
How it works
A coding agent connects to the MCP server at https://uipolish.com/mcp, asks for a component, and writes its files into the project: the React component, its CSS module and a guide. The code is then the project's own. The interactive components use Base UI for focus, keyboard and positioning, installed alongside them. The same content is available over a REST API and in llms.txt.
What it costs
The free components, the rules, the theme builder and the free blocks cost nothing, with no account, for personal and commercial work. UI Polish Pro adds the AI components and the Pro blocks.
